This teaching explains the words from the Lord, the outpouring of My Blood through My Body, the Church, brings about the new Pentecost, according to Cardinal Ratzinger’s commentary on the meaning of the Third Secret of Fatima.
The Lord gave the message below after I had meditated on these words:
Since the Holy Spirit proceeds from the love of the Father for the Son, and through the Son is to be poured out over the whole world, nothing is more appropriate than that the Son in his humanity, as the head of all creatures, should represent and effect this outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the outpouring of his blood […]. Is not the blood with its purifying, warming, life-giving energy the sacrament of the corresponding activities of the Holy Spirit? And is not the mystical body and corporal bride of the God-man formed from the blood of Christ’s heart by the power of the Holy Spirit dwelling in him, just as the Spirit of the Father and the Son and their partner in love springs forth from their divine heart? Feast of St. John the Apostle
The outpouring of My Blood is the Sacrament of the Holy Spirit
My little one, remain in the embrace of My love, in the peace of the shelter of My arms…The outpouring of My Blood is the Sacrament of the Holy Spirit; that is why you receive the fullness of the Spirit as one with My love crucified. This understanding and living united to My sacrifice of love, participating in My work of redemption as one heart in the cloister of My Mother's Immaculate Heart, is the ushering in of the new Pentecost. My little mustard seed is preparing the way for the outpouring of My Blood through My Body, the Church, My Bride cleansed and made new, to bring about the new Pentecost.
My little one, you have been entrusted with a great mission for My Church: the mission of love in the Heart of God from the beginning of time. The ways of God are so simple, yet look around you, My daughter, and see how few receive this gift from God, for the hearts of the human race are steeped in pride and self-glorification and, therefore, are blinded to the simplicity of God's ways. History continues to reveal this truth of the human heart steeped in sin. I came, sent by the Father, as an Infant Child. Look at the simplicity of the Holy Family, and the world could not receive Me because the ways of God can only be received by the humble and pure of heart.
Continue to receive the treasure of God's plan of salvation as I share it with you… and you, along with My little mustard seed, will enjoy for all eternity the glory of God reserved for the great saints of these end times.
The new Pentecost for the world and Church will take place through God's victim souls, those who have persevered in abiding (Jn 15:1-17) in My sacrifice of love throughout their lives on earth. God's new Pentecost will be the outpouring of My Blood as one with My martyrs of love past, present, and future. Therefore, let nothing discourage you, but remain in the joy of My embrace in the love of the Most Holy Trinity. Receive My gratitude and love for you and My faithful remnant.
I. The outpouring of Christ’s Blood through His Body, the Church, brings the new Pentecost
My little mustard seed is preparing the way for the outpouring of My Blood through My Body, the Church, My Bride cleansed and made new, to bring about the new Pentecost.
The new Pentecost for the world and Church will take place through God's victim souls, those who have persevered in abiding (Jn 15:1-17) in My sacrifice of love throughout their lives on earth. God's new Pentecost will be the outpouring of My Blood as one with My martyrs of love past, present, and future.
The outpouring of their(MOC) blood through sacrificial love, united to My Precious Blood poured out of love for you, will serve to lift the dark blanket of sin that covers the world. I will use the profound love of these simple mothers and their generosity in suffering out of love for Me to pry open the hardened hearts of My priests.
This is a simple yet profound movement of love. It is from this union of love, found in the Cross, that will gush forth the Holy Spirit bringing about a new evangelization as you have never seen before. 2/26/09
Third SECRET OF FATIMA
On 25 March 1984, in Saint Peter's Square, while recalling the fiat uttered by Mary at the Annunciation, the Holy Father (John Paul II), in spiritual union with the Bishops of the world, who had been «convoked» beforehand, entrusted all men and women and all peoples to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, in terms which recalled the heartfelt words spoken in 1981:
Behold, as we stand before you, Mother of Christ, before your Immaculate Heart, we desire, together with the whole Church, to unite ourselves with the consecration which, for love of us, your Son made of himself to the Father: 'For their sake', he said, »'I consecrate myself that they also may be consecrated in the truth' (Jn 17:19). We wish to unite ourselves with our Redeemer in this his consecration for the world and for the human race, which, in his divine Heart, has the power to obtain pardon and to secure reparation... For the redeeming work of Christ must be shared in by
the world through the Church… Hail to you, who are wholly united to the redeeming consecration of your Son!
Our Lady, who appeared at Fatima, recalls these forgotten values. She reminds us that man's future is in God, and that we are active and responsible partners in creating that future.

“Father, the hour has come; glorify your Son so that the Son may glorify you” (17:1)
“And for their sakes I sanctify myself, so that they also may be sanctified in truth.” (17:19)
Jesus sanctifies (consecrates) Himself for us, meaning He sacrifices Himself to the Father for us. This perfect consecration of Jesus opened the curtain so that we can participate in the oneness of the Trinity. Yet, this entering into the unity of God is only possible if we, as the Body of Christ, voluntarily choose, for the love of God, to participate in His consecration, which is His sacrifice. Only through, with, and in Jesus crucified can we enter the inner chamber, which is the Heart of Christ, to live in the embrace of the Father with the Holy Spirit.
The prayer of Jesus in John 17 reveals Divine Love, the Trinity. It is the Holy Spirit, received from the pierced Heart of Jesus crucified, that brings us to KNOW the love of the Son and the Father. It is the Holy Spirit that brings me to PARTICIPATE in the deepest prayer and longing of the Son as I also pray:
“Father, glorify your daughter as one with your Son so that your daughter may glorify you.”
“And for their sakes, I sanctify myself through Christ, with Christ, and in Christ, so that they also may be sanctified in truth.”
Below is part of the commentary by Cardinal Ratzinger that explains how we are “a Church of martyrs”:
Beneath the arms of the cross, angels gather up the blood of the martyrs, and with it, they give life to the souls making their way to God. Here, the blood of Christ and the blood of the martyrs are considered as one: the blood of the martyrs runs down from the arms of the cross. The martyrs die in communion with the Passion of Christ, and their death becomes one with his. For the sake of the body of Christ, they complete what is still lacking in his afflictions (cf. Col 1:24).

Victim Souls in Fire of the Sacred Heart Bringing forth the Holy Spirit
As I prayed before the Blessed Sacrament, asking Jesus to give me a confirmation concerning His words Saturday morning, I felt Jesus on the Cross. The flesh on His chest, like a curtain, seemed to open, and I could see His Heart as fire. This vision of His Heart as fire in the center of His chest was all in a circle; I felt like the living Eucharist. My Lord had me understand that each of His victim souls is in that fire. Each victim soul intensified the fire of love in Jesus’ Heart. Then the fire, with all the victim souls, consumed the entire body of Jesus and the Holy Spirit as a massive dove, as I saw Him in 2008, flew out from the cross upon the world. He was covering the earth with a mantle of Jesus’ Precious Blood. All of us, His victim souls, were one with the Holy Spirit participating in the fulfillment of the salvation of the world.
Then Jesus explained:
It is My victim souls united in Me that will bring to fulfillment the salvation of the world. It was not My miracles that saved the world, but My love in suffering revealed on the Cross. My miracles were a gift so that people would know that I am the Son of God. I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life… It is the way of the Cross, the Way of Love in suffering, that is the power of God that saves the world… I desire My Body, the Church, to complete My love in suffering here on earth…
Their life has itself become a Eucharist, part of the mystery of the grain of wheat, which in dying yields abundant fruit. The blood of the martyrs is the seed of Christians, said Tertullian. As from Christ's death, from His wounded side, the Church was born, so the death of the witnesses is fruitful for the future life of the Church.
Therefore, the vision of the third part of the “secret,” so distressing at first, concludes with an image of hope:no suffering is in vain, and it is a suffering Church, a Church of martyrs, which becomes a sign-post for man in his search for God. The loving arms of God welcome not only those who suffer like Lazarus, who found great solace there and mysteriously represents Christ, who wished to become for us the poor Lazarus. There is something more: from the suffering of the witnesses comes a purifying and renewing power because their suffering is the actualization of the suffering of Christ Himself and a communication in the here and now of its saving effect.[1] (Simple Path, p.144)

Bring Me many victims of love for the purification and salvation of the world
I heard the Lord say, "Look, look!" I perceived much blood coming forth from Jesus' pierced Heart on the Cross. I felt many victim souls uniting as ONE with Jesus crucified. As these souls united with Jesus' sacrifice, the intensity of the Blood of Jesus gushed forth with greater power and a more significant amount of Blood; as a river receives the waters from the melted winter snows, it flows with greater force.
Then Jesus explained:
Look, My daughter, look! See the power of My hidden force (victim souls). See the power of your hidden ordinary lives. See and believe. Your lives, your bodies, your blood, your tears united in Me produce a living torrent of grace gushing forth from My Pierced Heart. This is the final outpouring of My mercy upon the earth. Look at the picture of My Divine Mercy. As My Body (the Church) becomes ONE with Me, My Blood will intensify to cover the face of the earth. Go forth My little mustard seed and bring Me many victims of love for the purification and salvation of the world.
That here «a mother's hand» had deflected the fateful bullet only shows once more that there
is no immutable destiny, that faith and prayer are forces which can influence history and that
in the end prayer is more powerful than bullets and faith more powerful than armies.
Satan and all his principalities have conquered the earth, but My Mother is uniting Her army, My holy remnant. She, with the power of the Holy Spirit, is forming and training this army. The world will fight with guns and weapons, but My army will fight with the power of My Cross. My daughter, you must believe in the power of the hidden force revealed to you. It is this hidden force centered in the Word of the Cross that the Father will use to raise up My army of holy priests, for it is they, My chosen ones, that will usher in the reign of the Immaculate Heart of Mary with the new Pentecost for the world. 6/1/11

I would like finally to mention another key expression of the «secret» which has become justly famous: «my Immaculate Heart will triumph». What does this mean? The Heart open to God, purified by contemplation of God, is stronger than guns and weapons of every kind. The fiat of Mary, the word of her heart, has changed the history of the world, because it brought the Saviour into the world - because, thanks to her Yes, God could become man in our world and remains so for all time. The Evil One has power in this world, as we see and experience continually; he has power because our freedom continually lets itself be led away from God. But since God himself took a human heart and has thus steered human freedom towards what is good, the freedom to choose evil no longer has the last word. From that time forth, the word that prevails is this: «In the world you will have tribulation, but take heart; I have overcome the world» (Jn 16:33). One saint that becomes one in My crucified love has the power to transform an entire society.
Some saints received the stigmata with the physical pain of the nail wounds, but ALL My saints were crucified to Me through My nails mystically. The mystical crucifixion is no less real and painful as the physical one, just as the white martyrdom is no less real and painful as the red martyrdom. Unity in the Holy Trinity is the fruit of becoming one with Me in My crucifixion, for this is perfect love. The ecstasy of the love of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit transforms the pain into the Sword of the Spirit that pierces the darkness of Satan. This union of Love is achieved by few because of a lack of perseverance and selfless love. One saint that becomes one in My crucified love has the power to transform an entire society. I am raising up My saints for the decisive times at hand to fight My holy war and usher in the era of peace.
